Nature Coaching

The sessions of nature coaching take place while being in beautiful green surroundings. This has a couple of advantages over coaching between four walls. Walking in nature helps you to clear your head. Nature has a relaxing influence, which makes it possible to listen to your inner feelings. And, when you start walking, you start moving and everything that seems to be stuck in your head starts to flow easier too.

Individual Nature Coaching

Do you prefer to be outside and on the move instead of sitting inside? Do you like walking? Naturecoaching is the right solution for you then! While walking, and doing exercises, in the forest and open field we will deal with your coaching theme. Which way do you want to go? Which obstacles are you facing? Who is supporting you?
